User-centered redesign of an application that allows clients to monitor and manage their cloud systems. I began by understanding the needs, wants, and limitations of end-users by conducting user and stakeholder interviews, identifying personas, and outlining task flows. Then, I created low/hi-fidelity prototypes for user testing. The insights gained from testing were used to ascertain the effectiveness of the prototypes, and facilitate improvements and implementation.
